"I recently stayed here and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was how the team handled an unexpected situation — my flight was canceled due to a major NYC blizzard, and I needed to extend my stay last minute. Without any hassle, the staff accommodated the extension warmly and made sure I had everything I needed while I was stranded. That kind of flexibility and genuine care is rare, and it made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional — common areas, hallways, and my room were all immaculate. But honestly, it’s the people here that make this place special. Every interaction felt personal and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll absolutely be back."

"The view of the bay is amazing! The rooms are extremely nice and clean. They have a decent free breakfast but you can order more for a cost if you require more than what they put out for free. Nice mini fridge in the room. But besides being a huge historic house, beautiful artwork from local artist on all the walls, and having gorgeous views, the best thing is that the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. 10/10. "

"The staff from the front desk to the dining area and also bar service was superb. They were all great. Everyone I encountered even housekeeping was a pleasure to deal with. They always smiled and provided the best customer care there is to offer. I comment the entire staff. Also the new addition of the pastries at the gourmet coffee counter was so delicious. "

"The resort was nice-close to where our grandson is staying. But the resort needs much updating. Safes don’t work, lots of light bulbs out in the rooms and drain stops in all the sinks gone. When we came to check in at 5 PM -office was locked and couldn’t get in the rooms. But the staff was nice, the shower and water was nice and hot. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well."

"My family and I had a great stay at the Hilltop view hotel. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel spa was also very nice and they give great massages.The best part of this place is the view. You can see the ocean clearly and the sunset is absolutely stunning. The room had all of the basic amenities and was clean. The hotel is on a steep hill so if you have any mobile issues it may be difficult to walk up and down."
