Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center St. George, UT
The pancake batter was watered down and therefore when put in the waffle maker the flat areas became hollow. (Batter needed to be thicker).

Nice hotel. The rooms was in pretty good shape except for the inch or two of dust and miscellaneous stuff under the bathroom vanity!
