"The queen room with sofa was nice & roomy. Didn't realize it had a kitchen, but NO dishes, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, or small appliances except coffee maker. Not sure how you would use the kitchen. Only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. 2 of us were there for 3 nights. Asked for another hand towel & washcloth and was told only 1 when there is only 1 bed. The girl doing laundry did finally give me 1 more of each. The air conditioner was VERY noisy even after fan went off. Manager came to check and said all the air conditioners were like that. Not very personable about it, however! Office had OPEN sign up SOME of the time, but no one was ever there. Upon leaving I wanted to let the office know there was a blackish/grey footprint in our tub that we could not remove, since a message had been put out to us and others about black marks and stains from bicycles in the rooms and on towels. CLOSED sign in office window AGAIN at 10:30-1100 am just before check out time. Caught manager going into door to her home, and told her. She rudely snapped at me and said it could not have been there before or we would not have been allowed to check in! She accused one of us of accidentally putting the stain/print in the tub and said they would use comet and it would come up. It WAS there when we first used the tub, but we're okay with it, even though it wouldn't come up when I tried. Accusing/arguing with a customer is not acceptable! Will NEVER stay there again!"
