"We stayed for four nights. Hot shower water was non existent on some days. We got locked out of our room because the batteries died in the door lock. Staff on duty were not able to fix it. We had to wait an hour for someone else to show up and repair the lock. Pool was closed the entire stay. "

"Absolutely excellent hotel. Staff was amazing, entire place was clean, the room was very nice, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was hot and tasty. I work for a privately owned Inn so I'm very keen at finding imperfections, there was not one thing worth mentioning. Totally blown away by this little gem of a hotel! Literally not willing to stay anywhere else in Columbus from now on LOL. Thank you all so much for maintaining such high standards, it made our night here much more relaxing and enjoyable!!"

"Quiet, easy access, friendly staff. Breakfast (Saturday) was very good & the area was clean. Would stay again. We always look for breakfast reviews & they had the following (what I can remember): Biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, cinnamon rolls, eggs, several coffee varieties, juices, bagels etc. "
