We checked in and checked right back out. The staff at the front was very nice but the condition of the room was awful. Dirty rag in the bed, sink was stained brown as well as the shower, carpets were stained, furniture was falling apart and it did not feel safe. So disappointed that this was a supper 8 and that Expedia was selling it.

The room and the breakfast presentation was very clean. I have spent over 2x as much money a hotel in St. Cloud in the past and wasn’t nearly as clean as this super 8 motel. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great deal. This is no frills and clean if that is what you are looking for.

Hallway carpets torn up. Several inoperable locks. Noisy. Staff was excellent, but that's the only positive. Several items in the room should have been handled by maintenance; including poor toilet function, frayed towels, a smell of urine, and and inoperable light.

Overall, this experience would’ve been a five out of five except for the fact I was barked at by a woman working the front desk because I had taken a few cups of coffee. Why offer it if they’re strict limits? Let’s face it is coffee likely would’ve been sitting there all afternoon anyway. Very rude woman.

Oh my goodness this place was horrible...the first room I was put in to smelled rancid like a dead animal or a meat that has gone bad...it was so bad, even thought it was 11 pm at night I asked to change rooms which the night clears was indeed nice about but when she took me to the 2nd room, it was still bad smelling but a little better than the first room and cuz it was so late, I just took it as it was too late to switch hotels.

Not the newest place and the room had some cleanliness issues but not bad. Breakfast was sparse and we ended up just going to burger king. Beds were comfortable shower was high pressure and hot.

The staff was wonderful! Very friendly and easy to visit with. The rooms were clean but do need some touchups like paint to areas around the base of the doors in the bathroom. The surround of the window was pretty scuffed up and worn. Just little things that would elevate the ratings this hotel would get.

Nice hotel for a single guy on a reunion trip. Most of my time was spent out at parties and programs, so no need for high end hotel amenities. Plus, the price was right. Very friendly staff!

this property was the filthiest property I have ever stayed at. I unfortunately pre-paid for four nights. I had to leave after the first night due to it being so filthy and unsafe. This was an expensive lesson learned which I will never do again.

The beds in room 108 were HORRIBLE! The room smelled and had not been dusted since who knows when! Carpets have not been vacuumed and the place was dirty, period! TV crooked on the wall, and the odor in this hotel is very bad! Definitely not worth the $100 spent on this room! Would have been better off sleeping in my car! I would NOT recommend staying here!

We rented four rooms. The carpet in all needs to be replaced. One of the rooms had a wet spot in the middle of the room. In one other room the sink was half broken off. All the rooms need to be redone. One is better off paying another $20.00 and staying in a nice hotel.

Our Room was ok, we were checked in and then found out the room was still dirty so had to wait in our vehicle even though it was after the check in time. The second room was filthy. Garbage on the floors and the carpet should be replaced as it was fraying and so dirty.

A great stay
A great hotel to stay at. The lady working front desk is thorough and friendly. The head of housekeeping is very kind and helpful and the overnight desk gentleman also deserves recognition for the hard work he puts in.

I really like this property I feel comfortable there my son feels comfortable there. My only problem would be that me, and along with other people have to live in the hotel and we’re given no type of discounts or deals and we’re here every day they in and day out and then scrambling for the next app to get a deal because on the app you can get rooms for $64 and at the front desk they’re charging over 100 of course people are going to use the app but I think if you have dedicated good people that are good to your establishment, they’ve been there for long periods of time. Maybe give them a break every now and then I’m homeless right now and it’s cussing everybody in my life just to have a roof over our head and I have a three year-old, not looking for charity by any means just a little understanding and some help every now and then, even when I asked, if I could do some work they wouldn’t the property itself is very nice for an older hotel. The housekeepers are magnificent they’re my favorite one in particular Jenny is amazing all her resources her hospitality. She definitely is a very good person and makes the super eight look incredible. The front desk staff are very polite , but should smile more I guess they look very unapproachable so much so that people go to the housekeepers for questions you’re in the hospitality business hospital. Their breakfast is good. I love the homemade waffles. Disappointed I couldn’t get any Wyndham rewards when booking through a third-party.
