I was up there for a weekend with the Minnesota Army National Guard, And the hotel staff went above and beyond, They made sure I was able to partake in their breakfast, even though I had to get up earlier than their scheduled breakfast time. I will be back.

I was satisfied with my stay at the Super 8 Saint Cloud. The building is an older facility and has taken some heavy use. There are some things that are quite worn and need updating or replacement (e.g., the carpet in my room which was frayed; the sink in my bathroom, which was cracked). That said, all seemed clean, so I had no cleanliness concerns. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. My room was average sized and was clean and orderly. The included breakfast was "the usual" (cereal, waffles, bagels, toast, a small selection of fruit and yogurt) and OK. The hotel faces and abandoned Salvation Army center, not the most attractive view. There are plenty of eating and shopping places within a block in any direction. Overall, the motel was OK. I wouldn't seek it out in particular, but it's OK for those passing thru Saint Cloud.

The toilet seat needed to be replaced…it was all bubbled from harsh chemicals. The flooring was peeling and unattractive. The sheet had a hole in it. The lobby was plain and unwelcoming. The key c I would not stay here again.

Well if you just want a bed and plumbing, this is your place. Other than that, not much to rave about. The room reeked of cigarette smoke that was trying to be covered by cleaning products and a room fragrance plug-in. Had to pull that out since it was overpowering for the small room. The outlets had a layer of black dirt/dust on the top edge. At least one of the outlets did not work (the one right by the bed) and the lamp next to the bed kept flickering once I found an outlet that did work. There was no hair dryer - just the part the hair dryer should sit in was attached to the wall. The microwave was gross yet smelled so bad of cleaning products I thought it might ignite when I used it. And finally, I put my food in the fridge (which also smelled) only to realize in the morning that it either didn’t work or wasn’t plugged in. Threw away all of my food. So, yeah. If you just want a bed and plumbing, I guess you’d be ok here. The woman that checked me in was pleasant too.

So noisy. Walked into room and refrigerator had been leaking. Floor covered in water. Staff was very nice and offered to change rooms. Small kids on floor above pounded on floor till 2 am. Price was right and it was clean, however would not recommed if you need some sleep.

Arula, Front Desk, definitely took care of my needs for me and my pet. Unfortunately, my drive shaft fell out of my car upon arrival on the property. She helped me secure a towing company to pick up my car tomorrow as well as obtaining taxi service so I can pick up a rental car. I was lucky to arrive at the hotel safely with my pet as I am currently enroute to South Dakota for retirement. This was embarrassing for me but I was put at ease that everything will be alright! We checked in and checked right back out. The staff at the front was very nice but the condition of the room was awful. Dirty rag in the bed, sink was stained brown as well as the shower, carpets were stained, furniture was falling apart and it did not feel safe. So disappointed that this was a supper 8 and that Expedia was selling it.

The room and the breakfast presentation was very clean. I have spent over 2x as much money a hotel in St. Cloud in the past and wasn’t nearly as clean as this super 8 motel. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great deal. This is no frills and clean if that is what you are looking for.

Awesome!!
Front staff are always friendly when checking you in. Rooms are always clean and smelling good. Housekeeper are very wonderful at their job and very friendly. I Will Always Come Here... Even Tho I Can Get Cheaper Nights!!!! Pet Friendly!!

Battery acid coffee
Overall, this experience would’ve been a five out of five except for the fact I was barked at by a woman working the front desk because I had taken a few cups of coffee. Why offer it if they’re strict limits? Let’s face it is coffee likely would’ve been sitting there all afternoon anyway. Very rude woman.

Unfriendly counter staff with small rooms. Nousy vehicles outside racing down the street. Then a cheap breakfast. Go next door to Perkins for good food.

Oh my goodness this place was horrible...the first room I was put in to smelled rancid like a dead animal or a meat that has gone bad...it was so bad, even thought it was 11 pm at night I asked to change rooms which the night clears was indeed nice about but when she took me to the 2nd room, it was still bad smelling but a little better than the first room and cuz it was so late, I just took it as it was too late to switch hotels.

Okay for price
Not the newest place and the room had some cleanliness issues but not bad. Breakfast was sparse and we ended up just going to burger king. Beds were comfortable shower was high pressure and hot.
