"Bu kadar güzel bir müşteri hizmeti, kahvaltı çeşidi, odaların rahat ve sessizliği, çalışanların ilgi ve güler yüzü, banyoya girdiğinizde sizlere bunların hepsini unutturacak derecede bakımsız küf ve mantarla dolu bir duş, tüm temizlik kurallarını kaybetmiş bir tuvalte ve üstünde hiçbir eşyanızı koyamayacağınız küflü ve kararmış bir lavabo tezgahı bulacaksınız. Birinci odamızda bu durumu görünce vaziyeti ilgili şahsa ilettik. Gereği yapıldı ikinci oda verildi. İlkine göre banyosu biraz daha iyi bir durumda olmasına rağmen havalandırma sistemi yok, duş aldığınızda banyo küveti suyu boşaltamadığı için havuz içinde duş alır gibi ayaklarınız su içinde kalıyor hatta suyu kapatmak durumunda kalıyor zira suyun küvet dışına taşma sorunu var! Birinci odanın tuvalet fırçasını ellemeniz ve tuvalette kapağının üzerine oturmanız için kör olma şartınız var dersem abartmalı olmaz zira çok kötü bir durumdalardı. Bu kadar güzel bir hizmetin tuvalet ve banyoların konumu ve durumlarıyla zedelenip lekelenmesi gerçekten Türkiye insanının misafirperverliği ile uyuşmuyor. Otelin çalışanları ve yetkililerine iliği ve hassasiyetleri için teşekkür ediyorum. Dikerim bir an önce banyolar ve tuvaletler o güzel otelin şahsına uygun hale getirilir. Saygı ve selamlarımla"
