"Our room 204 was next to an alley. Not much natural light and youths/drunks congregated there at night and sometimes fights broke out so very noisy. Breakfast very badly organised. Plates and cups always run out. Milk in coffee machines not topped up. Juices not labelled. Baked beans always spilt ..."

"Property people are very nice. We stayed in a room where when you flushed the toilet the shower gurgled. The night stands need a good scrub and the room ran at a slant so your head was lower than your feed in the bed. A good scrub and fresh paint would do the hotel wonders."
