"The room was clean and well equipped, staff were lovely, very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Shame the pool wasn't heated, it would have made such a difference to have been able to use it but it was icy cold. Nice pool area with comfortable seating though"

"Hotel is in a central location a short walk to shops and bus station. The hotel itself is clean and all staff members a friendly and welcoming. The breakfast menu offers a good range of options all of which are prepared to order using good quality ingredients. The bedrooms are finished to a high standard many offering an outside balcony, with both a walk-in shower and separate bath. The hotel offers a lively outdoor area to both eat and drink as well as quiet areas to relax"

"The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. Our room was excellent , ver clean, and the bed very comfortable ! Personally I’m not a lover of a large breakfast and thought the price for what I wanted to eat was a little expensive but my husband certainly made the most of it !"
