The room was smaller than expected , but still clean. The on-site laundry was very nice. The outdoor pool was super cute and had a nice vibe. The stairwell smelled like a very strong musty odor. I’m not sure if it was related to water damage.breakfast was very nice but pricey

The Local - St. Augustine
My room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was the closest room to the street, inside the room was quiet. Several good restaurants were nearby and a short ride to the beach.

Edgewater Inn
The breakfast was wonderful. Like a restaurant setting where they bring out out fresh food. It's not a large hotel so they can do that. Staff is very friendly. I would like to have had a microwave in the room or something to heat water for tea. The view is worth the price.
