"I was given a room key to an occupied room. That could have been interesting! After checking out, I noticed a "Holiday Inn charge for $44.99," that they couldn't explain but refused to credit. They say it has to be a third party (Expedia) charge. Never again!"

"The staff was very helpful! The room keys kept deactivating so it was constant trips to the front desk. The breakfast options were great and they kept them full. The pool area was nice and the hot tub was relaxing!"
