I paid for a room upgrade. I originally had king room with Big Ben view. Upon arrival said would get 1 bedroom studio with Big Ben view. President Hotel
All good - comfortable beds, clean bathroom with a good shower and breakfast was busy but good. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Location is very convenient.
