"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor with own entrance. New, clean, and excellent location. There is no sitting room, but in the kitchen was aflatscreen tv, a satellite receiver, digital terrestrial receiver, and in the main bedroom was another flatscreen tv and digital terrestrial receiver. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, the courtyard was lovely with stunning views, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. "In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a...
