"Clean and beautiful hotel. It has that Thai feeling and very very close to the biggest night market on Sunday. IF traveling to Chiang Mai make sure one of the nights you stay in the Old City lands on a Sunday night. Biggest night market in Thailand. Amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Spacious room and very thoughtful details. Clean and neat. Love the tv that’s huge and with lots of channels including apps and music. Perfect for taking a break from the heat with good aircon in the room. Staff members were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was simple but adequate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Chiangmai. "

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a very tranquil feel and is tucked into a quiet street, but it is still very close and walkable to everything you need. They have an afternoon tea time with snacks which is nice when you’re hanging by the pool. The pool was a nice temperature so I think they heat it slightly (I went in March) - I had heard other travellers say the pools at their hotel were too cold to swim in. The exercise room is minimal but they have dumbbells up to 10 kgs each and a basic weight machine and a few cardio machines. The included breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Overall if I ever went back to Chiang Mai I would definitely stay here again. "

"No idea how this hotel got a 9.2 rating other than how centrally located it is in the old city. First room was musty and had no windows, paid 500 baht a night on site for upgrade, the next room was better but bed was like sleeping on sheet of plywood. I prepaid 2 night but only stayed for 1. There isn’t anything truly wrong with the hotel but it wasn’t for me, for the price it is what it is. Cost me more than double to move hotels but for my personal comfort it was worth it. I felt the rating it has on Expedia isn’t accurate. I spend a lot of time in hotels, it has to be exceptional to be a 9.2. The staff were nice though and tried to Accommodate us. My friend stayed 2 more nights."
