"Make sure they have confirmed your payment in person. I receive the email confirming my payment and room code. The next morning I was woken up early because they didn’t have my payment. By the time I dress and walked to the reception area with my cc, they had the confirmation. They apologized and gave me a “fancy coffee” on the house. "

"This is a wonderful place. I don't want to say too many good things because it will become too popular and then too expensive. But, I will anyway.
Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Comfortable, nice, well maintained.
Nice Staff. Friendly. Professional. Appreciative. They appreciate that you stayed.
Breakfast isn't anything spectacular, but it does what it's supposed to do. And March is citrus season in the valley. So, there were fresh, juicy, wonderful oranges and mandarins.
I have yet to use the pool or hot tub when I visit. But they seem well cared for and there are plenty of people enjoying them.
I have stayed 6 or 7 times now... and I like it... A LOT."

"Shower drain had hair in it. Carpet tack strip with the nails was exposed on the floor in front of the bathroom. Surfaces were dusty. We chose this place based on the location but will not be returning."

"This property has so much potential! It's in a perfect spot and small enough to enjoy your trip without crowds. That being said, I'm disappointed that our room wasn't as great. Our shower had mold stains so we had to place a washcloth over it to feel comfortable showering. The room was dusty, including the bed's box springs under the matress. There was trash behind the dresse and the hangers in the room were also dusty and broken. There was mold in the document hanger on the room door that detailed outdated information about the facility. Had the room been better kept up our stay would have been great but we were not comfortable and worried about sleeping in the beds. "

"Location is great for Kings Canyon and Sequoia Natl Park-one hour away. Great little short trips to see beautiful scenery is nearby too, and plenty of wineries if that's what you prefer.
Breakfast was ok with cereal options, fruit and breakfast bars too.
The hair dryer didnt work, but I never reported it or asked for a replacement. The mattress sank in the middle, but the place was clean and just fine to rest my head at the end of the day.
Defintely an above average clean place to stay but certainly not 5 stars. I would stay there again."
