"This hotel is stunning, clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, their website said they offered a service free of charge when you book a room, however when we got there we were told that they now charge for that particular service but since their website said otherwise they gave us a room credit for the amount of the service. The amenities are great-not only are there beautiful hiking trails and relaxing pool/hot tub-we have children and they had a blast, rock climbing, using the zip line and sifting for gems. Overall wonderful experience."
