"This hotel is disgusting. I did not feel safe. The pictures are misleading, the outside is filthy and really needs maintenance. The bed sheets had large oily looking stains, black marks, and a burn hole. The in-room heater looked like it had been through a fire and was held together on one end with tape. The pillows were almost as hard as concrete. The towels were about the size of two hand towels. The sink did not get hot water. The shower head leaked like crazy and the shower curtain was hanging on for dear life. The side table was badly discolored from some previous spill. The freezer and microwave were filthy. Gross. "

"I am still waiting to hear back from Hotels.com! Never stay here! My room was flooded, it took me over 10 minutes to get the front desk to answer either the room phone or my cell phone. Once it did happen, it was like I was the one that made the Flood. The plumber that showed up to fix it had the biggest attitude and I had nothing to do with the Flood. When I questioned his attitude with the front desk, all hail broke loose. I ended up not staying there, even though they offered another room. And, as of this moment, I still had to pay for my room that I never got to sleep in! So, Hotels.com, if you could, please reach out to me I would appreciate it"

"Rooms and beds were covered in Bed Bugs and Black bugs. Immediately reported it but they had no other rooms to offer and we had to find another hotel. Disgusting - person on the reception wasn't bothered.
They even charged us for the rooms for the 1st night even though they were uninhabitable. AVOID THIS HOTEL"
