Affordable room rates, no front desk person on site after 6pm, however staff were attentive, emailed and texted information re: virtual check in, called to ensure we have the steps for checking in. However no parking onsite overnight, need to utilize street parking two blocks away.
Rooms are all unique and cool, see pix of your specific room as you book.
Check in, room key, etc is all on your phone, it's great. The location is pretty ideal, downtown Squamish. The only negative thing about this hotel is lack of parking, you need to find street parking overnight.

Great spacious room, comfy bed and really helpful staff.
Noisy room, the AC unit, fridge and bathroom fan are all pretty loud when running. Also even though we had a Mountain View room, still loads of noise on Friday night outside our windows.
Awesome location in town and great staff, would recommend unless you’re a light sleeper!

I stayed for 3 nights. Staff was helpful when I arrived. Key is your phone which is kind of cool. Parking is the only thing as you are not allowed to park overnight on the main road. I found parking near by so it was fine. Room was new and unique. I didn’t experience the noise like others have said. My dog and I had a great stay!

Extremely loud bar that turns into a night club. The music and bass is very loud until about 3am. The rooms was clean and nice but no parking lot available only street parking that’s hard to find.

Free street parking is quite far, the fridge and a/c unit were making a lot of noises throughout the night. The staff at the front desk was friendly and really helpful though!

We understand that parking might be an issue but since we are located downtown, the building does not have a lot space for a private parking. There is street parking one block away. I booked the family room which located above the pub. The staff is so nice that he try to change our room which is far away from the pub to avoid noise. Finally, he upgraded us to another family room. It was clean and quiet. We definitely will book again.

The hotel is entirely online - no check-in staff, your phone is your room key (through a URL you get in a text -- what if you're international and you didn't pay for texts? too bad!), no one to go to when you arrive and find the coffee pot wasn't cleaned, etc.
I knew from the name and their own site that this hotel can be loud at weekends, but loud enough music to rattle the shelves until 1am on a weeknight was just too much.
At $300/ night I would have liked the room cleaned more than once ( and I had to ask even for that!) in 5 days.
And with the "your phone is your key" thing - what would you do if your phone died? There is no desk.

Hi Caroline, thank you for your thoughts. Yes, many aspects of the hotel can be done entirely online. These programs were put in place to provide convenience and flexibility for our guests. In the event that a manual key card needs to be made for a guest- that is no problem! We do indeed have a front desk with front desk staff every day. We just don't have someone at the desk 24/7 as we are a small operation. In addition, we have a 24/7 guest line that instantly connects you to a human being. In the event that there is an emergency, we alert our on-call staff and they can come to the hotel immediately. It sounds as if you were unaware of this information despite the signage and information sent to you before arriving at the hotel. We also do our best to inform guests of the noise on all booking platforms and our website. We are fully transparent about this and even indicated this in the room name of the room you booked yourself into. In regards to housekeeping, we do ask that the guests simply let us know if they would like their rooms serviced and we are happy to complete this for you.
Beautifully renovated. No parking was difficult and prepare to wear earplugs or plan to stay awake until 2am when the club below closes down because it’s super noisy but can’t beat the price or convenience.

We arrived in Squamish early. I called to see if we could get an early check in. The staff member was very sweet and helpful over the phone. Accommodated us by saying it would be somewhere around an hour wait and he would let us know. So we waited. Found parking and brought our things in. Were just waiting for his text. Not bothering anyone. And he came over then was very rude to my mother. Told us it had only been around 15 minutes since we had spoken. I called at 1134am. And this was close to 1pm. And I explained we were fine we were just waiting no pressure no rush. He said the room wasn’t going to be ready for another hour.
Then about ten minutes later he said the room was ready.
Just was a bit intense start to our stay.
Hotel was amazing itself. But the digital keys lagged a lot which could be a safety concern. And the parking situation is a bit tricky so plan for that.

I am happy to hear that they worked hard during a busy day to accommodate an early check in for you! We are glad you enjoyed the hotel itself. Depending on your cell phone carrier the load times for the keys can vary. We simply recommend using our complimentary wifi to help connect! Finally, yes we only offer street parking due to our location. Overnight parking in a block up the street and we provide 2 hour parking directly out front of the hotel.
