I really enjoyed my stay at Bahia. If it had better live entertainment nightly I would consider vacationing there again. The fact that there isn't much of a beach means they really need to step up the entertainment for me. However, I must say the views from my oceanfront room were stunning. This resort was too upscale for the poor entertainment they offered. The entire staff was great from the front desk, to the bartenders, housekeeping, and room service. Please consider some great live bands, comedians, or something more lively that can get the overall experience to a 10.

My stay at Moon Palace Jamaica was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The resort exceeded my expectations in every way and provided the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding customer service. One of the first things I noticed was how incredibly clean the entire property was. From the lobby and restaurants to the pools, beach areas, and guest rooms, everything was immaculate and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The staff at Moon Palace Jamaica truly made the experience special. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Whether at the front desk, restaurants, concierge desk, or pool area, we were always greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Their genuine hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel valued as guests. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the beautiful Caribbean Sea was one of the highlights of the trip. The crystal-clear water, stunning beaches, and picturesque surroundings created the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Whether enjoying a meal overlooking the ocean or simply relaxing by the pool, the scenery was unforgettable. The dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food and beverages. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.

The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.

Wonderful staff - too many times to mention individually! The bar, restaurant and entertainment staff very helpful, accommodating and gave service with a smile. The dedicated guest relations team for Expedia customers was excellent with booking à la carte restaurants, arranging special requests, ensuring we got a ground floor room, and resolving one small issue. Bar in Miss Lou's coffee shop is hidden gem. Chef Jason in Sumptuori was amazing on the hibachi table and also made us a delicious off the menu sushi platter on our second time at Sumptuori. The landscaping staff will do their best to get you fresh coconut. The property is on a huge site with something to do for every age group. Yes the hotel suffered some damage from the hurricane and repairs are being undertaken but that didn't interfere or spoil our holiday.
