"The room smelled and there were stains on walls. Staff allowed me to see the room before committing. The chemicals used burned my sinuses and affected my breathing. Left and was told I would not be billed. That means you have my money. I requested a refund through the chat and was led to believe I would get a response within 24 hours. You failed! Will not use you again. And will tell it on social media outlets as well as everyone I know. No thank you."

"Our room was filthy. Used comb on the nightstand, feces on toilet, clumps of hair on floor. This was the second time we have stayed at this location, first time gave them a pass thought maybe they had a bad day unfortunately seems like it is a standard."

"Room was really good. Breakfast area only had regular coffee. No Decaf and no hot water. No juice, machine was out of order. Call button in elevator had been pressed and was beeping in the elevator. I reported it to the front desk representative at 3:15 Sunday afternoon. When we left Monday morning it was still going off."
