The cooler vents stink and have mold growing in them they need cleaned and the cooler had to run all the time to keep the room barable

Good place to stay. We stayed one night while going through Utah. The continental breakfast was simple but good. They also have a washer and dryer for guests to use, which was really nice. No complaints here.

This place was DIRTY. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean but the room clearly hadn’t been vacuumed, the bathroom floor had long dark hair all over it, and the bed blankets had an equal amount of mixed human and what appeared to be animal hair. Beds are not too comfortable. Breakfast is cold cereal, toast/bagels, MYO waffles, bananas, coffee-flavored water, and juice. I will not ever stay here again.

We were put in a room with a walk in ADA shower and a bathroom with a raised floor. After just a minute of warming up the shower we noticed water had flooded into the entrance hallway. Called the front desk clerk who came down to inspect and she was going to contact management. Nobody showed up. No showers. Packed up, walked through the flooded hallway to leave and talked to the clerk’s manager about some sort of price reduction. He was dismissive and rude. We were charged the full amount. We would NOT recommend the Days Inn Springville Utah

Great front desk staff. Friendly and attentive service. Fresh coffee was available in the morning even before the assigned breakfast time. Breakfast was a little lacking….no fresh made eggs. But overall a great stay.

Decent property. Only there for a few hours to sleep and hit the road. Lots of stray hairs on the towels, bedding, and floor. Also quite a few stains on the carpet.

I was double charged. Expedia didn’t schedule the room, so I had to pay at the Motel. About an hour later, Expedia billed my Visa. Now I have to try to get a refund. This should be fun.

This Days Inn was extremely clean and well kept. I stayed there for a week and Sam, the manager, was very accommodating to help me since I have environmental sensitivities. He is a genuinely nice guy and will go out of his way to help. The only drawback for me was that one of the streets next to the hotel seems to be a route for larger trucks, It can get louder at times however I’m sensitive to noise, so it may not be a big deal to others and it is not something the hotel management can do anything about.

Good motel, rooms were clean and spacious just past city of Provo. Furniture in good shape. Bed was great. Breakfast is limited but included. The front desk service was good. Convenient location, near several gas stations and about 8mins from a Walmart and numerous restaurants and fast food places. If passing through I would stay again.

This hotel is easily accessible from the I-15, very clean, polite and professional person at the front desk, and a great looking room. The only issue is that the bed was hard like a rock, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

Stayed on both legs of our trip. The rooms were both clean, spacious and very well equipped. The breakfast was as expected, with a pretty good selection. My biggest - the coffee could be a lot better! And that's pretty important for travelers heading out for a long drive. But then again, the coffee was not horrible, just not excellent! Overall it definitely lived up to our expectations and we would stay there again.

The front desk staff was so kind. Overall it was a good stay. Some furniture in the room were torn and there were some dark stains but the cleanliness was good. The beds we’re comfortable.
