D. Hotel Suites & Spa
Room clean. Staff was friendly. However, elevator not working during stay was a downside and it was hard to take a HOT shower. At best the water was lukewarm. Poor cell reception could only use phone on WiFi but that even would drop calls. Unfortunately, if I have a choice on hotel stay next time ...

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hartford - Bradley Airport
Due to flight delays, unable to arrive until the next morning. LaQuinta said there was no payment recourse as I had already paid, but they did let us have breakfast.
