I took one star off because the room was small. It is clean, quiet, in a decent location and the staff was pleasant
Facilities take care of and I slept like a baby. I heard no noise during my stay and the lobby was unique and pleasant. Will stay again here but will get a bigger room.
This facility has been ver clean the staff are very helpful when asking about places around the area, my stay was 10/10 would definitely stay here again next time around.
Not very many quality options for stays in that area of Springfield. Vib was very refreshing. I hope they continue to keep it in good condition going forward and not let the neighborhood dictate its cleanliness and quality service.
Terrible service, small room and staff was very rude.

Arriving at the property for check in no one was at the front counter, had to wait 15 min for her return. Upon going to my room the A/C system was non functional. Called front desk and was instructed to come down to the front desk for a new room key. Packed things up and went down 4 floors with my luggage to pick up a new room key, for the room next to the original room. Customer service was lacking.

The mattress has what feels to be a hole in the middle of the king size mattress. So my daughter and I sank to the middle all night.
There has to be NO insulation. I had to call the front desk twice to complain about the noise! I think I would have slept better in the lobby the noise was so bad. I was woke up the first time by so many doors slamming. When I called the front desk she said there was a show everyone came to see and they was arriving back but she would let them know. The second time it sounded like there was a gymnastic meet going on above us. I had to turn the tv up to try to block the noise..
Literally the worst and I will never stay here again.!

The hotel is very easy to get to, easy to park and has all of the latest tech considerations. The best part is the staff. They are super professional and always so welcoming. They already know I'm a Rewards Member before I even arrive and they make a point to welcome me back. Nice touch. HIghly recommend.
No personal microwave in the room, floor was dirty had to clean it myself with a towel it was black when I was finished. Taylor was so friendly and accommodating and personable. I did have a bad experience a woman at the desk at 9:20am 01/08/24 she had blonde hair and blues eyes she was more interested in her conversation with another employee than helping me, which I wanted to add a couple more nights to my reservation, I still did but I feel like nasty about it. She was not friendly, very short with me and felt like I was at the DMV. Also there’s no complimentary breakfast and there are other less expensive hotels nearby that offer it. The positive amenities are the gym that is not clean with no towels, and the laundry is free to guests.
Cleanliness was good, but the ultra modern rooms was less than desirable. Kind of reminded me of a college dorm room. A bed, a counter, a couple of plastic chairs, and a tv. Not much after that. No end tables, comfortable chairs, and the see thru shower from the bedroom to the bathroom wasn’t my wife and my’s style.

We have stayed here before and liked it due to location, cleanliness, and staff. This visit however we had the smallest room ever! The king bed took up most of the room. Typically the tv is on wall at end of bed. Here it was on the side wall near headboard so you had to lay on your side to see it or sit up sideways on bed. Bathroom super small as well. Room wouldve been fine for 1 person, but not 2!
Nice accommodations, although they mattress was a bit stiff and the road noise and hallway noises were noticeable. Arrived late so we didn’t get to enjoy amenities. Good place to stay. 8/10
Traditionally this hotel is great to stay at and I have stayed there probably more than 15 times. I arrived late as I have done before and even though the room was paid in full for the previous night the front desk lady only argued with me about checking in. We (myself and my two kids) sat there while she keep telling us her opinions of what we should do, when we should check out. I stated to her that we have been there many times and know the protocol and still she kept forcing her opinions on my family. At 430 am we finally got into our room and somewhere shortly after 5am once the kids we asleep she came knocking at our door waking everyone up as she keep my ID being that I forgot to grab it being that she was extremely difficult to deal with going check in. An email was sent to the manager and after 4 days there has still been no response.
