"Check in gentleman was friendly and offered suggestions on places to eat & visit. The hotel is older and could use a little TLC but personally I love the charm and character of older places. The bed definitely needs a new mattress. Complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby, and nice fireplace to sit by and watch TV or have a conversation. There was a Japanese exhibition in their conference room that was quite interesting and informative."

"Checkin was easy, bed was comfortable, breakfast had a few options. I had a room at the end of the property so it was quiet. There was a spider in my room but they don't bother me so it really wasn't a big deal, but I know some people fear them so for others it might have been an issue."

"Definitely agree with the reviews stating how dingy the place is HOWEVER, the bedding and towels were clean, plenty of hot water and pressure, plus the heater worked great! We needed a cheap place to crash after a couple of days on the slopes. They also have free coffee, hot chocolate and tea (I believe 24/7). Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked there were bagels, cereal, juice and maybe fruit. You get what you pay for. Was solid enough for us!"
