Great Location off I-44 and N Glenstone Ave, Springfield, along Hotel Row. Newly remodeled rooms that are very clean rooms, good customer service, clean room with new Microwave, Fridge, TV, Comfortable bed, altogether a great experience Thanks to all the staff that make this place a place that I shall visit again and again. lots of restaurants walking distance as well as Aldi and Walmart within 1/4 mile. All in all very happy experience..
The staff was nice does not serve Breakfast does not have a pool wanted to take a bath, but the bathtub would not plug did not work and I did let them know that how I slipped a couple times in the bathtub cause there aren’t any anti-slip things in the bathtub. It is a great place to stay if you’re just wanting a place to stay. The room only had a bed a desk, dresser lights. It did have a refrigerator and a microwave, but it was clean. The staff was helpful.

The bed was comfortable, although only three pillows were provided for two people. Thankfully, I always bring my own. The room was clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.
One major inconvenience was the layout. The only usable entrance and exit was through the front lobby, and our room was at the farthest end of a maze of hallways. There was a door near our room, but guests couldn’t use it.
The extremely low rates seem to attract a somewhat questionable crowd. We felt uneasy about the surroundings and worried about our vehicle being broken into. Our room door also had a noticeable gap even when fully closed, which added to our security concerns.
There is no breakfast, but that was clearly advertised, so no surprises there. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase in the small lobby.
Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the atmosphere, security concerns, and inconvenient layout would make us hesitant to return. You get what you pay for
The room was barely acceptable. Clean bed and sheets but the floor was very dirty and the sink drain was disgusting and had buildup in it you could clearly see. The tv was broken (just not turning on at all, seemed like it was not plugged in but the cord went into the wall) but we weren’t in there enough to want to ask the front desk about fixing it.
The front desk staff was helpful and promptly helped when we asked (thank you!) but when I had called ahead of time the lady on the phone was rude and not very helpful or didn’t seem willing to help me figure out my situation.
The outside of the whole place was poorly kept and smelled like trash. Very sketchy. On the flip side, the room did have its own AC unit, the bed was comfortable and it did look like the appliances were fairly new. I wouldn’t go there with children ever again but if you need a cheap, quick place to stay for a short period I would suggest it to be a last resort.
Property has a good vibe when pulling up when I walked into the lobby and it was clean and smell nice !! Staff was great with check in and when I entered my room it was a cozy feeling and clean !!! The ac worked great and was new along with everything else in the room !! The bed was comfy and the shower worked great had good water pressure and was nice and hot !! There is many places to eat in the area and closes enough you could even walk if needed !
Checked in and checked out about five minutes later. The room door could have easily been pushed open and it's in a pretty rough area. Lots of people living at the property and wandering around. Definitely don't stay here.
Room was recently remodeled, very nice and so cheap! I expected Motel 6 but got way more... except no coffee in room or in lobby. But for just $50 a night, I can't complain.
Room was far more updated than expected. We were in the back amd it seems the property could benefit from a wifi extender we couldn't watch TV cause the spotty internet. Other than that the room was fine
We got to our room pretty late after a wedding. The bed, sheets and countertops were all clean. However, the floors had not been swept, much less mopped. The shower was not cleaned. I could still see dirty feet marks on the floor of it! The AC cooled well but made unsettling noises.
Metal frames and handles of the exterior glass doors to the reception were covered w/chipped and pealing paint, dirty and covered with greasy fingerprints. It is obviously an old, low rent motel that has had a bit of a facelift. I wouldn’t stay here again.

When I got to that Expedia booked me to it eas locked and closed. A sister hotel nearby. Was able get me a room at the last minute, I thank them for that, but Expedia should not have booked a room in a closed hotel!
When we arrived the location it sent us to was being remodeled. Get checked in and to our room only to find no coffee pot, no cups, no ice bucket and no soap, no shampoo, no clock or phone. It was at a very sketchy area and didn't trust the other people there either. If I would have known that's how it was we wouldn't stayed. You could smell the pot through the a/c.
Late night arrival for a single female not recommended. This place did not feel safe. The door did not shut well and the lock was not in good shape . I had to walk past a man drinking a case of beer sitting in a camp chair, in front of his room door with his feet propped up with his boom box . I had to go out of my way to get around him to my room, where the curtains did not close fully on the sides . Left as soon as I could in the morning . The next morning two young people were blocking the exit smoking pot . I had to find another door to get to the parking lot . I will be more careful to read the reviews as several also mentioned issues . I looked online for another room when I got into my room, but everything around was sold out. I paid for three days but only stayed one. Maybe some of the rooms are better than the one in the back they gave me . I didn’t sleep well . The blanket looked like someone wiped two dirty fingers and left a peace sign on it .
A friend came over and she brought her dog. Maniger came and said I had to pay pet deposit I did then 10 min later they kick me out and band me very disrespectful and uncalled for never stay there again
