Staff was polite. Marble accents in public areas were attractive. The elevator floor was badly cracked and didn't look clean. Room had pealing wall paper and paint. Bed was not comfortable. Bathroom floor was not clean. The hot tub was closed and although the pool itself looked clean, the area around it did not Because of the above mentioned we felt that it was over priced. With some repair and upgrades it could be a great hotel.

I booked a double bed for two ppl and when I checked in I was given a room with one bed and one couch with my additional traveler being handicapped and needing a bed.

The Crowne is one of the only hotels in Springfield that has a pool & hot tub so we’ve booked with them for years now. Always a 10/10 experience unless the hot tub is down lol.

The view on the top floor balcony is nice....but if your needing something to drink other than alcohol dont expect to pay cash. They will tell you they are no bank

Huge lobby, easy to get to from interstate. Nice pool, gym was clean. There are food options in the hotel. And EXCELLENT BAR!

Bathroom had a significant amount of long dark hair on the floor. Night stand, marble part, had cup stains indicating that they weren’t properly cleaned. Elevators floors were very dirty.

A/c not working right in first room, had to move to another. Same issue in 2nd room but it was midnight by the time we discovered this. Suffered through the night with little sleep. At check out we were given an apology and that's it. We literally had to take a nap in our van before driving home.

They need to update the website, the room i received was not the room that I at reservation for ,the room i had reservation for didn't even exist but they has it advertised any way had to settle for something else without any compensation for thier false advertising very piss poor on crowne plaza,will not goback!,,
