"Switches for lights are not easy to find, no ice, towels would be more accessible if they were on the shelf on the wall, no microwave, no indoor pool. For the price of the hotel, I was surprised there was no pool and microwave. What was great: food, breakfast and dinner, it’s a clean and quiet place, close to Union train/metro station. "

Also, the server failed to mention that a gratuity of TWENTY PERCENT had already been added to my check for the single beer I ordered. I was ended up tipping 40% on a beer. One of my hair clips also went missing after my room was serviced on the first night. "
