"You get what you pay for. We booked for the pool & hot tub, along with past Wyndham stays good experiences. Big disappointment Arrived to find the pool is outdoor (ad never mentioned) so not open for season . "hot tub" is a upsized bathtub ( which 1- was much higher upcharge 2- none available) The condition of the room was lacking to say the least. The walls had chunks of paint missing, neither the sink or tub had a stopper "

"We may have just had bad luck but we got a room that a dog had pretty much destroyed. Urine stains on the side of the mattress and carpet. Pet hair even though they had tried to vacuum. There was a couple yelling and screaming obscenities at each other outside our room for well over an hour. They were throwing food at each other getting it everywhere. Police finally resolved the issue. Pool was nice and the breakfast was nice. Staff was polite. I would avoid this one all together if you have allergies as pets can stay in all rooms. "

"This place is adorable ! Very cool reclaimed wood hotel. Staff free check in. A great coffee shop on the first floor . Whoever designed this space, did an excellent job! "

"I felt like I was in a tropical paradise, with all the beautiful murals and lush plants! The oasis and pool area was so pretty, all the plants and water fountains. Excellent place to start our day with the delicious breakfast provided. Our room was great, quiet, and a comfortable mattress! The shower, oh my, your choice, waterfall, rain shower or front on shower, very nice. The grounds are well cared for as is the property itself. A very nice place to stay! Oh, the on site restaurant , Fire and Ice, WOW, amazing food and drinks. This stop was a perfect start to our vacation. "

"The facility was nice and clean. There was a lot of noise from the people next to us and above us. The breakfast staff, they were rude! They turned the lights off when we were still getting our food at 9:57, and when my husband was getting ready to put juice in his cup the lady cut in front of him and turned the machine off. They also took all the tongs and utensils at 9:57 and started putting the chairs up on the tables."

"Don’t believe what you see in the pictures. The room we were put in was so small there was barely room to walk around the bed. There was a desk, a bed and nightstand, that’s it. The bed was old we had springs sticking in our backs all night and kept rolling to the middle. We got to breakfast at 8:30 and they were out of most things and when asked if they could possibly make more coffee and eggs, we were given eye rolls and basically told we should have been there earlier. She did bring a little more eggs but let us know what an unconvinced it had been for her. I do not recommend this hotel. How it got so many stars and likes is beyond me. "

"Front door would hardly open. Furniture hard, toilet to short. Hard hard time with tv coming on . No paper towels, only 2 glasses one tall the other glass short. Not enough lighting throughout the rooms."
