"What hot tub? I used the pool and it was like a polar dip. The bathroom had water under the flooring tiles. We were in room 119 March 7/8 2026. Could not sleep due to ongoing noise above us; vacuum going,thumping and dropping things and constant creaking; had to wear earplugs which did not help; told front desk twice and they didn't do anything. Breakfast was 1/2 hour late. The worst coffee ever; just coloured water; asked for other coffee, and it was the same! Complained about it and were told that was a standard amount of coffee; what a joke. Never go to this place. On top of that, we were overcharged. Never go to this place"

"Overall, seemed pretty clean. Did smell like smoke though and it's supposed to be non-smoking room."

"Overall nice property however extremely busy. We just happened to arrive on what appeared to have been an extremely busy weekend. The pool and hot tub were very crowded so we chose not to enjoy those amenities. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was friendly."

"Unfriendly staff. Incredibly loud group of people in the atrium until 1am. Called the front desk multiple times and they did nothing. Paid a lot for a sleepless night. Thanks for nothing "

"Everything was very nasty and falling apart. You should not partner with this hotel. The rooms were dirty, the beds had cigarette burn holes in them, there were bugs everywhere, and the roof was caving in different areas. The two pool table areas had standing water everywhere. There were three people who got arrested. One of which who flashed one of my basketball players that’s in high school. The police were called and he was later arrested for something else. 3 of our guests had to change rooms after checking in due to how poor the conditions were. The breakfast area hardly had any food stocked or there to be made. "

"The photos make this hotel seem much nkcer than what it truly is. The beds are like sleeping on cardboard. No comfort to them, at all. The rooms need to be re-painted. The bathrooms arent kept up with and did a full cleaning. Theres hairs and dust all over. I wpuld not stay here, again. Front desk when checking in was great!"

I’d rather talk through it cause I copied you on the most latest email that ever that was going around did you see if by chance I have not I can take a look well in a nutshell what’s going on one of my Key accounts overpaid they double paid a bill of $769,000 and they were basically told in the first attempt to see if we could reimburse it that they needed 60 days and you reimburse it. What do you mean by that reverse reverse and they were told so the customer was told that it would take us at least 60 days to do that if we could otherwise it would just send us a credit. Customer wasn’t satisfied with that response and then I guess apparently someone in the call center said you know what you have the option file PCO complaint not a good way to end that call just FYI so the customer came to me cause I’m their account rep and said what can you do to help us so I kind of started going down the path of asking you know David Turner, and my director well he’s our director now over here in Ohio. He recommended I go to use somebody else recommended I go another route so I kind of run in parallel people here everything I’m getting back from everyone else that you’ll see in that email saying we can’t do it well I just pulled up the account and my first my first thought given the balance is that they’re lik"
