Every staff person was kind and helpful. The room was clean and conveniently appointed. The breakfast bar was out of stock on typical items (peanut butter and butter, e.g.) but, again, the staff was helpful and apologetic.

The only issue was with the door keys, I was staying there with many other family members for a funeral and pretty much all of us were unable to get into our rooms due to the keys not working.
