The hotel was as expected. Noisy Elevator needs cable maintenance. Some traffic noise but can be disregarded with heater/AC functioning. My unit was noisy on cool setting and more quiet on heat setting. Breakfast was ok.

The loudest hotel room we ever stayed in. The other guests were very loud in the hallways and was like they were standing in the room.

The bed was too soft. And had I known that the room was right across from the noisy elevator I would of asked to move rooms. Couldn't figure out how to turn the bathroom fan on. And there's no light above the area of the refrigerator/microwave. Everything else was great.

Staff was welcoming & friendly, facilities were exactly what is needed when traveling. Open fire pit on patio was a treat. Breakfast being provided was the highlight as well as coffee available 24/7 and it was very good coffee.
