"Staff on Sunday morning (we departed at 6:25AM) was very kind to pack a breakfast to go since our bus departed at 6:30AM. We had no time to eat breakfast in the morning and restaraunt did not open till 7am. But staff was so kind to pack a "to go" back with delicious food to eat on the train to Zurich. Thank you. Also staff greeting was very kind when we arrived a few hours before check in. They were able to prepare the room early for us and provide hot chocolate and coffee while we waited in the restaraunt. "I selected this hotel for its grandeur and alpine experience. It was a pleasure to walk around the hotel, and sit in the window nooks. The room had bedroom and living room and a kitchen! it was perfect temperature the whole time. Bed was comfortable. Pleased with the slippers. Son happy with the spa facilities. Clean throughout. Staff were friendly when you engaged with them. "
