"Had trouble with the check-in. The person at the desk could not find my reservation. I showed her my Hotels.com reservation for two nights. I had originally had a one night reservation but changed it to two nights. After I left the desk to find a way to contact Hotels.com I was called back to the desk. She could not find my 2 night stay but could find my 1 night stay. She booked me in and charged the extra night. I went to my room and contacted Hotels.com. The lady that took my information said she would handle the situation and she did. She called the Hampton Inn front desk and straightened out the situation - put me back on the Hotels.com (2 day station)"
