When we were there, a huge storm came through and we lost power the morning we were supposed to leave so couldn’t shower/ brush teeth/ use restroom. Elevators were also down. "The staff were very friendly but the restaurant was closed on Sundays which we were not made aware of before. The facilities are clean and comfortable though a bit dated. Really nice indoor heated pool and kids play area. Mosquito coverings on window not well sealed and the mosquitos were vicious…even in the spring. "

"Very nice rooms clean organized. Loved the balcony and small kitchen just for a few snacks. Tons restaurants and bars and coffe places plus mall within 5 min. Great location. Only 10 min walk to beach. Star so nice with had a little more English but still helpful. If breakfast allowed to order eggs it would be perfect but still nice buffet breakfast w lots grout pastries etc. Great hotel and location"
