"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"Our host was very caring and easy to reach. Excellent property for a short stay in Porto Rotondo. Olbia airport and other towns of Costa Smeralda like Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo are less than 30 minutes by drive. Property is located 10 minutes by walk from Porto Rotondo Marina and free parking outside the property on the street was available during our stay (before 1 June). "Loved the large balcony rooms with beautiful view. Well manicured gardens, and lovely pool. Breakfast was nice but needs to have some variety , it was the same selection everyday. Also better lighting at night walking up hill to rooms. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
