"Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful. Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely. Only minor bit was the shower - it didn’t drain well and was tiny. The location is also great - close to good restaurants and major sites easily accessible. There is a convenient taxi stand just next door. "

"The staff was highly attentive to our needs during our stay, including preparing a breakfast box for us to take along when we told them that we could not stay for our paid breakfast due to our flight departure time. We originally wanted two separate beds for our room, and when we were given a room with a combined bed, the staff even came and split the bed for us. The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store, metro, trains, and transportation to the airport (only about 15-20 minutes away). Highly recommend this place."

"The hotel is well-designed, meticulously maintained, and the staff is very responsive. When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's.
