"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"To be fair, I am reviewing the Akropolis Hotel because that’s where I stayed. When I got to San Andrea Degli Armeni, there was no one there, but a sign there had a phone number to call. The person said to come to the Akropolis Hotel which was just a short walk. Apparently they are sister hotels and my reservation was switched but because I booked on hotels.com they staff couldn’t reach me. No big deal, as it was close by. "What a special place! We stayed for 2 nights - the staff were so helpful giving us great recommendations. The dinner in the hotel was excellent - the room, pool area and grounds were all stunning - would definitely come again."
"We would definitely recommend this property, just highlighting a lot of confusion around dining table assignments, and that for some reasons the outdoor one kept being moved under the sun despite plenty of availability under the shaded areas and us moving the tables every time clearly annoyed of the sun.
Another element of improvement we would have liked is availability of water bottle refilling stations around the property."

"This place is amazing. It is a beautiful property located in an orange orchard and olive tree farm. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The breakfast was good.
Fabrizia was so friendly and so accommodating. She was wonderful.
My only regrets are could not stay longer and we could not try their restaurant as it was closed.
