It was very difficult with luggage and we required help. We were grateful that the host's husband assisted us to get luggage up stairs and was porter for us on departure at additional cost. "

Each time we needed assistance planning trips, taxis, and ferry, the staff was knowledgeable and offered their full attention which was very assuring to travelers like us!
