"From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of incredible. Palo & Dario are the best and made the experience perfect! The staff were some of the friendliest and most thoughtful I’ve ever encountered. They anticipated what I needed before I could even ask, making me feel genuinely cared for every step of the way. Everyone was not only helpful but also so much fun to interact with, bringing an energy and warmth that made the entire stay feel special. The level of service was truly outstanding. Every detail felt intentional, from the way the staff remembered my preferences to the effortless way they handled every request with a smile. It was clear they take great pride in what they do, and it made my experience feel more like a retreat than just a hotel stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was relaxing with a drink or just soaking in the surroundings, the scenery never stopped impressing me. There are several cozy spots throughout the property where you can just sit back, unwind, and enjoy the beauty around you. The location is perfect — close to everything I wanted to explore yet peaceful and private enough to feel like a true escape. They really went above and beyond to even decorate our room as we were there staying for our honeymoon. We could not recommend this hotel more and we will be back. "

"This is a rare gem located in the heart of Positano. This is one of the most beautiful views I have seen in the world, right outside of our hotel room terrace. The room comes with free breakfast, where you will be greeted by wonderful service. Each morning, Martina, Giovanni, and Giuseppe took wonderful care of us, just like we were family. They were fantastic! It is hard to find such good service as we did each morning at breakfast, and at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff were anlso welcoming anbd incredible. I highly recommend eating in Hotel Buca di Bacco restaurant. It was the most authentic and best food by far in Positano. The reception staff was also wonderful, and willing to help with what you need. You will not be able to check in until 3pm as this is a busy hotel. They will call a porter and taxi when you need one. The hotel is very clean, and the cleaning staff was amazing. There were days they came in and cleaned the hotel room twice. Thank you for a fantastic stay here. I would definitely book this hotel again when I come back to Positano. It was a fantastic experience. "
