"**Review for Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof** I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart; they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was another standout feature. The variety and quality of the offerings were exceptional, with something for everyone, from fresh pastries to hearty options. It was the perfect way to start my day before exploring the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt. Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. "Very near Frankfurt main station. The room is very clean. I will come back and recommend this hotel."

"We reserved two rooms for three nights. The quality of bed mattress and pillows were beyond terrible. Although we are very slim people we felt like we touch the floor the moment we lied down on bed. The pillows were slimmer than two shirts on top of each other. The floor was dirty with dust. They did not even mop the floor before the next guest arrives. Although it was very close by the train station and that can be appreciated by some people, the neighbourhood is full of homeless and drunk people that could make you uncomfortable and unsafe. If you’re low on budget and need a one night stay you may consider even go farther for your mental health and safety."

"Great hotel with wonderful staff. I love the location here as it is within close proximity to the main train station and the river walking path which has nice views and places to have a beer. Will definitely come back again. Thanks for the wonderful stay!"

"It is a very good option if you are in Frankfurt for a short trip. It is across from the central station, clean and comfortable rooms, courteous and efficient staff. They offer breakfast and a full bar (although I did not use either)."

"Front desk employees in the morning were amazing. The front desk employee at night was kind of rude. Even though we had a do not clean sign at the door, house keeping entered the room which felt like a lack of privacy. We also kindly requested a refund for the last night as something came up and had to leave Frankfurt early to which the manager refuse to help. Overall great experience at check in but not great overall"
