The night clerk was rude and accused me of puttingbthe do not disturb on, which I didnt. The carpet in the halls were dirty with spill. Will not recommend this location. I hsve stayed at your other loctions and they were clean and staff friendly."

"I had a great stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Cookeville. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was very clean, and the breakfast area was excellent, fresh food and great coffee. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience!"

The amenities were more than sufficient, and I didn’t feel like anything was missing during my stay. The staff were minimal in their interaction, but still attentive and helpful when needed. It was a comfortable balance that made the stay feel relaxed and easy. Breakfast was included, and it was more than sufficient. The coffee was also very good, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable hotel that I would definitely stay at again."
