"I had a poor experience with this reservation. The address listed on Expedia was incorrect, which made locating the property frustrating and time-consuming. "Solid 5-star property in every way. Hotel and grounds are stunning. Spa is the best I have ever seen. Rooms are huge with sleeping area, living area with sofa and large outdoor veranda. This property grounds are manicured to perfection with a stunning variety of local plants. The restaurant is truly gourmet with both indoor and outdoor seating. With 70 years of history, this property is wonderful! Perhaps on of the best in Mexico. "

Había visto en los comentarios que le faltaba remodelación, no lo creo. En el hotel se vive la experiencia de Cuernavaca. Se agradece infinitamente que tenga cocina ya que somos intolerantes al gluten y esto nos permitió preparar nuestros alimentos. Otra cosa que se agradece muchisimo es que es un hotel pet friendly. "
