"Great place If you want to go to Cocoa beach. Excellent breakfast included. Clean and well maintained rooms, tempered pool with a bar, close and direct access to the beach. Restaurants in the pier and close to the hotel. There is a store walking distance. The staff was informative and very polite. We felt comfortable in our stay. No complaints."

"Stayed there for the 4th year for SpaceCoast MARATHON. The breakfast is free..the waffle maker is a big hit. We didn't need maid services..but getting xtra towels for race day was easy and the beds are comfortable. The room clean with a small.fridge and microwave. "
