Sylvia at the front desk was so kind and welcoming and really individualized our experience. The rooms are immaculate and each has there unique charms. We stayed here twice on our vacation between weather windows in the Dolomiti, so got to see two very special and unique rooms. The breakfast is divine. Best on our month long tour of Italy and Switzerland. Thank you! "
