"There was an issue in that our reservation could not be found so it took a while to sort - none of this was the fault of the staff as they worked to sort us a room before resolving their issue that led to the booking being hidden from them! All turned out fine, credit to the staff who worked to sort the issue as quick as they could."

"Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit OK; Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet auch sehr gut; Kaffee aber gar nicht. Die Leistungsangaben sind mißverständlich! Sowohl für Wellness und Hotelparkplatz musste extra bezahlt werden: Parkplatz 10 E pro Tag!! Wir waren außerdem im dunklen Dachgeschoss untergebracht, außerdem auf der lauten Strassenseite. Zimmersauberkeit und Komfort aber OK."
