"Called for shuttle at airport. Front desk said they would at #7. 30 min later I called front desk back then they said shuttle was closed. I told her I called 30 min ago. Then she told me to go to #3 Then we check in and our tv does not work. I go to call the front desk and the phone is not connected to anything. No wires?! Took the phone to front desk. She said there was no one there to help with tv at 1015. We moved rooms. Couch was plastic. So gross. Next morning I came down to get coffee and it was empty at 8 am. Asked another front desk lady and she had me go look for someone in the kitchen. No one there. I just gave up."

"The room was very clean, came w/ full size fridge, stove, microwave and big closet. Bathroom was very spacious and clean, the hotel was very quiet, clean and pretty up to date. Staffs were helpful enough but front desk seems stay closed after certain hour so if you need to check-in at late night, you may want to contact them in advance."

"Hotel needs a really good deep cleaning. Chill on the fabulosa! The smell was so overwhelming it was making my nose run and giving me a headache. Don't get me wrong, i use it myself but damn dilute it! There wasn't a towel bar in the bathroom either and they hadn't finished fixing the repair on the bathroom wall. "

"Odor of marijuana in halls. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when told. For a “non-smoking” hotel, I guess that applies only to tobacco."

"I was arriving “after hours” due to a late flight. I messaged the property of that fact. They replied that I should dial 0 on the phone in the vestibule and staff would be “right down to allow entry” as the door would be locked with no one at the desk after 9pm. I did that several times. After no response, I was forced to abandon my prepaid room and drive 90 min home at 2 am after 26 hours of travel. No response from property. Ever."

"Best breakfast bar in the entire country. Good food. Great temperature. No shortages. Everything logically placed for easy access. Plenty of seating space."
