"Front Desk clerk Kim was absolutely fantastic - extremely helpful & accommodating when we had to change rooms from second floor to first floor as my husband had just come from surgery.
The breakfast was terrible - cold, dried up eggs & waffles were not good either.
Checkout time is 11:00 - we were planning on sleeping in as hubby did not have a very good night because of his surgery. Shortly before 9 am there was music blasting & loud young male voices outside our room. Turns out the laundry/housekeeping room was across the hall from our room & the door was wide open - hence the noise. I did mention to the morning desk clerk she said she would let housekeeping know, but nothing changed
We decided to just check out - no point in trying to sleep until closer to checkout."
