(I think she said she had worked there for 20 years). She was a keeper for sure. I also loved the way the bedroom was arranged, giving a separate dressing area from the sleeping area. Great idea that other hotels could take advantage of. The only "down" thing was the low toilet, which is very hard to use if you have bad knees. They need to put in a high-rise toilet in some of the rooms."
