We had a pleasant experience here. Clean and well maintained. Good breakfast. Always enjoy the cinnamon rolls.

An excellent hotel. Bright modern, spacious room. Friendly staff. Close to the downtown restaurants and the park next to the Mississippi. Will definitely stay at Hampton Inns again

Great hotel full of history…decor is amazing as is the roof top bar.. The shakshuka for breakfast was delicious… I would highly recommend this hotel Nice area for walking/runningalong the river

Great hotel. Clean room great food. Parking was good. No breakfast as finishes at 9.00. That was the only downside. Great city.

Enjoyed our 5 day and further 1 day stay at this hotel. Centrally located close to a variety of good eating places and to many of the Madison sites. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. We used the pool each day which was maintained to a high standard. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Would definitely recommend this Best Western Hotel.

We stayed in the hotel just after it opened and the bar/restaurant area has still to open but there were plenty of people in sampling the food and drink while guests while guests had to go elsewhere for refreshment. Apparently there is a terrace area, which we weren't told about either. Room was very comfortable and there is a turntable and records in each room, which I loved. Everything you need after a long journey from the UK. No fuss check-in, a late bar, and a big, comfortable bed with views to the Capitol. In the heart of the action downtown, yet calm and quiet.
