"Always clean and yes ac worked fine it was too cold"

"Our room was not ready still at the check in time of 4.00 pm! Once we finally were able to to check in we had to call the front desk for towels and coffee that was not restocked! They use top sheets on the bed as a bottom sheet and we got our feet stuck in the sheets throughout the night! We were supposed to have a double head shower but only half of the shower worked, and when we complaied at check out we wete told, or sorry we knew it wasnt working correctly! Then why werent we told this at check in? For a room (siluite) that costs $ 250.00 a night the entire shower certainly should have been working! We have stayed here before, and it was great! This time the service was completely subpar, and if your room isnt ready to check into at 4.00 pm there is an issue for sure! Then it wasnt even stocked fully when we checked in and management was not helpful! The casino was fun, but honestly the hotel part this time was very disappointing!"

"The room was spotless, the staff was freindly, and breakfast was great ! "

"Hotel appears old and out dated. Staff charged us twice for our room and it took a few phone calls to sort it out. Large mineral pool is cold. Warm ones are small. Won’t be coming back."
